:: Company XYZ replied!! ::

"Hi

Thank you for your email and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I am sorry to learn of (ill-mannered biatch)'s lack of professionalism. I agree with you that word of mouth is a powerful marketing tool and should not be underestimated. Please allow me to address this with her superior, and ensure that such incidents do not occur again.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to provide this feedback. Once again, our apologies.

On a more positive note, here's wishing you all the very best for the holiday season.

Season's greetings
'BehBay'
Senior Manager, Customer Relations
Company XYZ"

SO, i wish i cud find out wat happened to tt rude biatch. but since my initial intention was only to inform, i have no intention to follow up. dun intend to reply either. surprisingly tho, they replied sooner than i expected (the same day, within an hour) and politely too! thumbs up for tt! Ms. BehBay deserves to be the Senior Manager of XYZ's Customer Relations. Fantastic job.

See how recovery work totally works for me? But still, i wud suggest u dun step on my tail.
