:: bad customer service is a big no-no ::

if i had to tattoo a single word on my body. it wud b "biatch". it's in my blood!

for work purposes, i had to call company XYZ to make a sales proposal. (XYZ is a extremely established company in the car business) not only was their hr staff rude, she was arrogant! jus cus i'm not a paying customer does not give her the right to be rude! (she slammed down the phone on me with a snicker when i was not done talking!)

so wat did i do? i called her right back, asked for her name & the email address of the customer relationship manager. wat then. i wrote the manager an email account of wat happened, of cuz!

am not expecting any reply, even if they offer some sort of discount for recovery procedures, i can't afford to buy their cars anywae. was jus so pissed tt i had to report it to the management!

like i said, i am a total biatch. but, the thing i cannot stand the most is bad customer service. it is unforgivable. if u r bad at it, u make sure u r not in this line then.

it's as simple as that. jus y can't some ppl get it????
